1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how joseph.anthony.camp processes information when providing B!RANDED!, T!EXTED!, the Un-Ordinary inbox, hosted browser views, delivery and open observations, suppression tools, synchronized mailboxes, and forensic reporting features.
This policy applies to account holders, administrators, authorized users, website visitors, and people whose contact details or communications are processed through a customer account. It does not replace a customer's own privacy notice to its recipients, contacts, personnel, or other data subjects.
2. Our role and your role
For account registration, billing, authentication, security, support, and operation of the public website, the platform operator determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as the relevant business, controller, or responsible party under applicable law.
For recipient lists, message content, connected mailbox data, attachments, signatures, templates, tracking selections, and campaign instructions submitted by a customer, the customer generally determines why the information is processed. The platform processes that information to provide the service and normally acts as a processor, service provider, contractor, or encargado on the customer's instructions.
3. Information collected
Account and organization information
- Name, email address, organization name, role, authentication information, account status, service tier, and administrative settings.
- Support requests, account changes, approval history, and support-access history.
Connected service information
- SMTP and IMAP account settings, connection status, mailbox folders, synchronization checkpoints, and transport diagnostics.
- Android-device registration, SMS queue information, carrier or handset results, and device status for T!EXTED!.
Messages and recipient information
- Recipient names, email addresses, phone numbers, consent or permission records, suppression status, and unsubscribe history.
- Subjects, HTML and plaintext bodies, attachments, signatures, templates, replies, raw EML, headers, MIME structure, and delivery records.
Website and security information
- Session identifiers, authentication events, browser and device information, approximate network location, IP address, request headers, timestamps, and security logs.
4. Forensic observations and tracking
When enabled by an account user, an email may contain a recipient-specific open pixel, hosted browser-view link, tracked link, or unsubscribe link. Access to those resources may create an observation record containing:
- Recipient and campaign identifiers;
- Server timestamps and event sequence;
- IP address and network-routing information;
- Browser, device, user-agent, referrer, request-header, and protocol data;
- Location information inferred from network data;
- Pixel, browser-session, heartbeat, tracked-link, and unsubscribe events;
- Cryptographic hashes and versioned report-integrity information.
Open pixels and receipt requests do not guarantee that a human read a message. Security scanners, privacy proxies, automated systems, forwarding, caching, or recipient software can create or suppress observations. Reports should be interpreted as technical evidence, not as an infallible determination of identity or human conduct.
5. How information is used
- Provide, synchronize, queue, transmit, receive, display, and preserve communications.
- Generate delivery records, browser views, suppression results, and cumulative forensic reports.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and protect the service.
- Provide customer support, diagnose failures, and maintain audit trails.
- Enforce the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
- Meet legal, regulatory, court-order, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.
- Improve reliability, accessibility, performance, and product design using aggregated or appropriately minimized operational information.
The platform does not sell personal information for money and does not use customer message content for third-party behavioral advertising.
7. Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and security records, honor suppression and unsubscribe choices, preserve reports requested by the customer, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
Customers may delete data through available controls or request account closure. Deletion may not immediately remove information from backups, immutable audit records, report-integrity chains, fraud and security records, suppression lists, or records that must be retained for legal or contractual reasons. Where feasible, such retained data will be isolated and used only for the applicable purpose.
8. Privacy rights and choices
Depending on location and applicable law, individuals may have rights to request access, confirmation, correction, completion, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about disclosures. Individuals may also have a right to complain to a data-protection authority.
A recipient whose information was supplied by a customer should normally contact that customer first because the customer determines the purpose of the communication. The platform will assist customers with verified requests where required.
Marketing recipients may use the included unsubscribe mechanism. Suppression records may be retained after an opt-out so that the address or number is not unintentionally contacted again.
Requests may require identity verification. The platform may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when necessary to protect another person, preserve legal claims, maintain security, or comply with a retention obligation.
9. Security and account responsibility
The platform uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No system, transmission method, or storage technology can be guaranteed completely secure.
Customers must protect credentials, use strong unique passwords, restrict account access, promptly remove former users, configure connected services correctly, and notify support of suspected compromise.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in countries where the platform operator, customer, connected providers, infrastructure providers, or recipients operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws. Where required, the parties must implement an appropriate transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard.
11. Children
The service is intended for organizations and adults capable of entering a binding agreement. It is not directed to children under 18. Customers may not knowingly use the service to collect or process children's information without all legally required authority, notices, safeguards, and parental or guardian permission.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect product, security, legal, or operational changes. The updated policy will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or account contact information.
Email Extractor, source files, and media
Email Extractor source files, pasted text, extracted text layers, extracted addresses, exports, media assets, hashes, and forensic reports are stored within the applicable organization account. The service records source ownership, timestamps, MIME or detected type, byte size, processing diagnostics, and cryptographic hashes where available.
Customers are responsible for having authority and a lawful basis to upload, preserve, process, export, or email the source material and resulting address lists. Archived media may remain available to previously sent email content and historical evidence even after it is removed from the active media library.
Contact and policy questions
Contact the platform operator through the support channel available in your account dashboard. Privacy requests should clearly identify the account, the request being made, and the jurisdiction or right relied upon.
Short URLs, transparent pixels, observations, and administrator responsibility
T!RACKED! permits authorized organization administrators to create compact redirect URLs and transparent image pixels on organization-controlled hostnames. The administrator is responsible for the destination, deployment context, required notice or consent, lawful basis, and compliance with the rules of any site, service, email provider, or platform where the URL or pixel is used.
Observations may preserve UTC time, requested hostname and path, query string, method, redirect response, referrer when supplied, user agent, browser/operating-system/device classification, language, network prefix, a salted visitor hash, Cloudflare Ray ID, country and other Cloudflare location/network headers when supplied, and optional full IP retention selected by the administrator. T!RACKED! does not use canvas, audio, font, or cross-site fingerprinting.
Observation and generated-report rows are immutable. Email and PDF notices created by T!RACKED! are sent through B!RANDED! and retain their normal queue, message, attachment, tracking, receipt, and evidence records. T!RACKED! may not be used for unlawful surveillance, credential theft, deceptive destinations, malware, harassment, evasion of platform controls, or undisclosed tracking where disclosure or consent is required.
C!HATTED! identity, privacy, content, and records
Profiles begin private. C!HATTED! provides no complete public user directory, and username search exposes only user-authorized public fields. External participants are labeled. Verification marks are identity classifications rather than endorsements, and company flair remains controlled by the applicable company.
Employees access only conversations in which they participate, subject to the documented senior-administrator oversight model for employee-related chats, diagnostics, and reports. One-time invitations expire or become invalid after use. A sender may remove their own message from participant-facing chat at any time. The original content, deletion actor, timestamp, attachment manifest, and link manifest remain preserved in an immutable forensic record.
Supported images, video, audio, PDFs, and documents must comply with these policies and applicable law. All C!HATTED! links—including internal dashboard URLs—open in a protected new tab. Diagnostics and PDF records may be retained for security, administration, and evidentiary continuity.
Public biographies, community content, tracking, and company authority
L!INKED! pages may publish company or employee biographies, contact information, social destinations, images, audio, video, approved embeds, custom HTML, comments, and reviews. Page owners and organizations are responsible for having authority to publish every identity, claim, image, work sample, testimonial, and destination.
Public visits, comments, reviews, and tracked exits may preserve available IP address, private hashes, browser and device information, referrer, country indicator, Cloudflare metadata, campaign parameters, timestamps, destination URLs, and related technical evidence for security, analytics, moderation, and reporting. Public forms disclose this metadata collection.
Company administrators may manage their organization’s L!INKED! pages and review company-scoped analytics. Comments may be moderated by authorized page managers. Only God Admin may change a review between public and private status or delete a review. External destinations open in protected new tabs through tracking-hash redirects.
