Acceptable Use Policy

Rules protecting recipients, connected providers, infrastructure, privacy, and forensic-report integrity.

Effective July 25, 2026 Last updated July 25, 2026 Text Restored verbatim

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy protects recipients, customers, connected providers, infrastructure, and the integrity of joseph.anthony.camp. It applies to all accounts, users, recipient lists, messages, attachments, links, connected accounts, devices, browser views, tracking features, reports, and automated activity.

Customers must comply with the letter and purpose of applicable law, provider rules, these policies, and recipient choices.

2. Recipient permission and list quality

Users may not:

  • Upload or use purchased, rented, harvested, scraped, guessed, generated, stolen, leaked, or unlawfully obtained email addresses or phone numbers;
  • Falsely state that a recipient gave consent or permission;
  • Import a list without a lawful basis and required notices;
  • Contact a suppressed recipient or a person who opted out, sent STOP, objected, or withdrew permission;
  • Use another person or organization's identity, account, domain, mailbox, device, or recipient list without authority;
  • Circumvent campaign permission attestations, suppression controls, unsubscribe systems, provider limits, quiet hours, or legal restrictions.

3. Prohibited communications practices

Users may not send or facilitate:

  • Spam, unsolicited bulk communications, unlawful marketing, or communications prohibited by applicable email, telemarketing, privacy, consumer, electoral, or telecommunications law;
  • False or misleading From, To, Reply-To, routing, caller, sender, subject, domain, or identity information;
  • Deceptive subject lines, impersonation, phishing, pretexting, credential collection, fraudulent solicitations, or payment diversion;
  • Messages that hide required advertising disclosures, sender identity, physical address, unsubscribe instructions, or other legally required information;
  • Repeated messages designed to harass, intimidate, threaten, shame, coerce, stalk, or overwhelm a recipient;
  • Communications intended to interfere with legal process, witnesses, protected activity, emergency services, or another person's exercise of legal rights;
  • Messages to emergency numbers, randomly generated numbers, trap addresses, or addresses known to belong to children without lawful authority.

4. Privacy, surveillance, and tracking

Users may not:

  • Use pixels, browser views, tracked links, receipts, IP data, inferred location, or forensic reports for unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or physical targeting;
  • Track a recipient where notice, permission, or another lawful basis is required but absent;
  • Attempt to identify an anonymous person or correlate observations across services without lawful authority;
  • Publish or disclose sensitive recipient observations, credentials, private communications, or report data without authority;
  • Misrepresent a technical observation as conclusive proof that a particular human opened, read, authored, received, or acted on a message;
  • Defeat privacy, security, proxy, consent, suppression, or unsubscribe controls.

5. Security and malicious activity

Users may not use the service to:

  • Distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, keyloggers, destructive code, malicious documents, or exploit kits;
  • Conduct credential theft, account takeover, unauthorized access, vulnerability exploitation, denial of service, botnet activity, or scanning without authorization;
  • Circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, audit systems, security monitoring, or service restrictions;
  • Test or attack third-party systems without documented authorization;
  • Upload secrets, credentials, regulated data, or confidential information the user is not authorized to process.

6. Prohibited content and activity

Users may not transmit or facilitate content that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, extortionate, or knowingly false in a manner that violates another person's rights;
  • Promotes or coordinates violence, terrorism, exploitation, trafficking, abuse, or serious criminal activity;
  • Sexually exploits minors or contains child sexual-abuse material;
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade-secret, or other proprietary rights;
  • Contains unlawfully disclosed personal, medical, financial, biometric, authentication, or location data;
  • Promotes illegal goods, prohibited weapons, controlled substances, counterfeit products, or unlawful gambling;
  • Facilitates discriminatory exclusion from housing, employment, credit, education, insurance, or public accommodations.

7. Infrastructure and operational abuse

Users may not:

  • Create excessive load, abusive concurrency, uncontrolled loops, or activity that degrades service for others;
  • Evade connected-provider limits, complaints, blocks, sanctions, or account closures by rotating identities, domains, accounts, devices, or network paths;
  • Resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide access to the service without written authorization;
  • Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or extract the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • Use the service to create competing datasets, recipient intelligence, surveillance products, or reputation lists without authorization;
  • Delete, alter, forge, or conceal audit evidence or report-integrity records.

8. Enforcement

The platform may investigate suspected abuse and may preserve relevant evidence. Depending on severity, action may include warnings, rate limits, message blocking, feature restriction, recipient suppression, suspension, termination, provider notice, preservation of records, or referral to authorities.

The platform may act without advance notice when necessary to prevent harm, address an active security incident, comply with law, protect recipients, or maintain service integrity.

Attempts to evade enforcement are separate violations. Customers remain responsible for activity by their users, contractors, integrations, connected accounts, and devices.

9. Reporting abuse and appeals

Suspected abuse should be reported through the support channel available in the account dashboard. Include enough information to identify the account, campaign, message, recipient, URL, date, and conduct at issue.

An account holder may request review of an enforcement decision by providing relevant permission records, message context, security information, and corrective steps. The platform may decline to restore access where risk remains or a provider, legal, or safety restriction applies.

Email extraction and list use

Users may use Email Extractor only with source material they are authorized to process. Extracted addresses do not, by themselves, establish consent or a lawful basis for marketing, newsletters, outreach, or other communications.

Users may not use extracted lists for unlawful spam, harassment, credential attacks, impersonation, evasion of suppression records, sale of unlawfully obtained personal data, or communications prohibited by the Terms, this policy, provider rules, or applicable law.

Contact and policy questions

Contact the platform operator through the support channel available in your account dashboard. Privacy requests should clearly identify the account, the request being made, and the jurisdiction or right relied upon.

T!RACKED! POLICY

Short URLs, transparent pixels, observations, and administrator responsibility

T!RACKED! permits authorized organization administrators to create compact redirect URLs and transparent image pixels on organization-controlled hostnames. The administrator is responsible for the destination, deployment context, required notice or consent, lawful basis, and compliance with the rules of any site, service, email provider, or platform where the URL or pixel is used.

Observations may preserve UTC time, requested hostname and path, query string, method, redirect response, referrer when supplied, user agent, browser/operating-system/device classification, language, network prefix, a salted visitor hash, Cloudflare Ray ID, country and other Cloudflare location/network headers when supplied, and optional full IP retention selected by the administrator. T!RACKED! does not use canvas, audio, font, or cross-site fingerprinting.

Observation and generated-report rows are immutable. Email and PDF notices created by T!RACKED! are sent through B!RANDED! and retain their normal queue, message, attachment, tracking, receipt, and evidence records. T!RACKED! may not be used for unlawful surveillance, credential theft, deceptive destinations, malware, harassment, evasion of platform controls, or undisclosed tracking where disclosure or consent is required.

C!HATTED! POLICY

C!HATTED! identity, privacy, content, and records

Profiles begin private. C!HATTED! provides no complete public user directory, and username search exposes only user-authorized public fields. External participants are labeled. Verification marks are identity classifications rather than endorsements, and company flair remains controlled by the applicable company.

Employees access only conversations in which they participate, subject to the documented senior-administrator oversight model for employee-related chats, diagnostics, and reports. One-time invitations expire or become invalid after use. A sender may remove their own message from participant-facing chat at any time. The original content, deletion actor, timestamp, attachment manifest, and link manifest remain preserved in an immutable forensic record.

Supported images, video, audio, PDFs, and documents must comply with these policies and applicable law. All C!HATTED! links—including internal dashboard URLs—open in a protected new tab. Diagnostics and PDF records may be retained for security, administration, and evidentiary continuity.

L!INKED! POLICY

Public biographies, community content, tracking, and company authority

L!INKED! pages may publish company or employee biographies, contact information, social destinations, images, audio, video, approved embeds, custom HTML, comments, and reviews. Page owners and organizations are responsible for having authority to publish every identity, claim, image, work sample, testimonial, and destination.

Public visits, comments, reviews, and tracked exits may preserve available IP address, private hashes, browser and device information, referrer, country indicator, Cloudflare metadata, campaign parameters, timestamps, destination URLs, and related technical evidence for security, analytics, moderation, and reporting. Public forms disclose this metadata collection.

Company administrators may manage their organization’s L!INKED! pages and review company-scoped analytics. Comments may be moderated by authorized page managers. Only God Admin may change a review between public and private status or delete a review. External destinations open in protected new tabs through tracking-hash redirects.
